Anti-dumping tax
(cro. "Antidampinška pristojba")

Fee as prescribed by the import of goods at a price lower than its actual value (dumping), if the price of these goods is lower than comparable rates for the same goods, according to which, subject to normal commercial conditions, sales in the exporting country, for consumption in that country.

ATA-carnet

International Customs document which is issued pursuant to the terms ATA and Istanbul Conventions and the Convention contains an internationally recognized guarantee to cover customs duties and taxes, and can be used instead of the national customs document for temporary import of goods, where the parties agree, for the transit of goods. Can it be used for controlling the temporary export and re-imported goods.
